I think I need a bigger bed!

I keep telling Gilbert that the bed is too small...he keeps saying that it fits him just fine. He doesn't realize that I am bigger than he is. Gilbert still wants to believe that he is the tallest one in the house...poor Gilbert...denial is a very strong emotion.

Another find from Alex....a new Blanket

This has to be the most comfortable blanket of all time...and don't I look regal on it? I made sure Betsy made it small enough just so I could fit on it...and NO one else could (Jack)

My New Chair

Alex brought this with her the other day. She said she didn't have any room for it in New York...boy, did I luck out...Gilbert says that this chair provides very good back support..I couldn't agree more...

Showdown!

Maccallan is trying to not let me pass...but nothing and no one stops me from going down stairs. It may just take me a bit longer to get there.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Ok, so it looked like the same food we get every every night...but there was the smell of turkey in the air so our food tasted really good, as you can see from me licking my chops

even if it is getting a bit crowded these days...someone has to go on a diet...not that I am pointing any paws!

1 Year Anniversary Here!!!!

Today, one year ago Gilbert and Betsy brought me HOME...and I have been having a great time. To celebrate I got a new banana toy and some chicken. I even let Jack sniff it and have some of my chicken...and I let him sit in my special place.....I think that was really nice of me

OK...we got tired

We waited and waited and waited.....and then we had to nap a bit....but we'll get that mouse sooner or later.....but after our nap of course. I thought it was nice of me to let jack nap on my chair, even though Betsy thinks it is her chair....who is she kidding!

We know he is in there.

Jack and I were chasing a mouse and he ran into the fireplace. He was lucky that it wasn't lit at the time. But we are not going to move until he comes out...I promise.....we mean business!

You want me to play with THAT?

Gilbert's got to be kidding if he thinks I want to go out and play with that thing...not even sure what it is....it just stands there...doesn't seem like a lot of fun to me. I think I'll stay right here thank you!

We're only Playing...really

It may look like we're not...but we are really having a great time. Usually I am the one over powering Jack...but this time I let him win...I know...I know....hard to believe...but it is true.

BASEMENT TIME!!!!

We LOVE basement time. There is sooo much down there it is incredible. At least once a week Betsy lets us play in the basement....sometimes we wind up falling asleep down there...we lost track of time and before you know it it is dinner time...our other favorite time of day

Calcium is VERY important

That is why I have yogurt every day. I really love the peaches and cream or orange and cream flavors....or basically any fruit flavor. Betsy tried to get me to eat a Cinnamon Bun flavored one once. YUCK! So that was the end of getting that flavor.

You want me to mop up the water...really?

We had a lot of rain here last night and I keep telling Betsy she needs to put a gutter upstairs on the deck so we can stop the leaking...but has she listened to me NOOOO. So now she wants me to help with the clean up......I took a nap instead. That'll show her!

NY Times Rules

Betsy gave me an article to read that was in the NY Times about cats....finally.....some recognition...of course our humans are called crazy cat people...BECAUSE they are CRAZY for cats...don't see the problem with that...do you!

We were chasing a mouse the other day.....Lil Mang was assisting....then we lost it....but Lil Mang still looked for it in the rug...he never gives up
